At this point you can choose to amend, cancel or proceed with your order.
If you have a PayPal account you can use your username and password to complete the order.
If you do not have a PayPal account you can enter your payment and delivery details to complete the order.
No account is necessary.
Payments must be made with credit or debit card.
Your order is not placed until you click the confirm button.
When you do so you will be taken to a confirmation page, which will give you an order number and send a receipt to the email address you provided.

Security

Our web site development team are particularly concerned about the security of your credit card and associated details. For this reason, your credit card details are always sent to our online payment gateway, PayPal, using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. This is the industry standard technique of encrypting all data transmitted to and from a customer's web browser to a web server and at present employs 128-bit encryption. Furthermore, at no point are your credit card details stored in any file or database on our web server or internal computer systems.

Delivery

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received.
Delivery charges are quoted for each item in your cart before any purchase commitment.

On rare occasions, delivery can take longer than this, but we can provide a tracking number for your order, so that it can be traced.

Goods will be insured for delivery either by ourselves or by our chosen shipping company
(most likely to be an post). If the goods get lost in transit, please use your tracking number to find out what delivery progress the goods have made. We will also investigate the matter and if the goods are deemed to have been lost, a full refund will be given. If you are not at home when the goods arrive, the delivery person will leave a note with information as to where the goods can be picked up (a local post office depot).
If the goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. A full refund will be given provided the item(s) are returned to us with all original packaging materials and parts.

Returns Policy

If an item is found to be faulty or defective, a full refund will be given provided it is returned within 28 days after the day of arrival with all original packaging and parts.
Certain items such as guitar strings cannot be returned simply because they “break”. It is the nature of guitar strings to break if they are stretched too much or put on a guitar improperly.

Returns of items that are not defective, faulty or damaged, can be returned within 7 days after the day of arrival, provided they are returned in their original condition with all packing materials and parts for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
